Well first off eviscerate is awful so I'd disagree with that part, I'd also see this as more of a PvE build tbh, aside from the couple of regular stuns there.
#3 you are so ignorant and dumb you obviously are a rogue hater.. and dont even have a 70 to say rogues take no skill go learn to rogue then say rogues take no skill you prob have a level 10 rogue.. you noob rogue's at 70 have more buttons they have to press than any other class about every single time they pvp you take no skill and #4 please dont talk unless you get a 70 cause you just sound dumb and bring shame to all of wow.
so #8 you play a rogue on a private server with other scrubs that probably wouldnt stay even with a 1500 rating on any live realm, and we're to take pvp advice from you?
idk about a shs rogue takes most skill but they are a big part in your team,with a stupid rogue on ur team by maybe blind when u fear then they trinket or something similar...you need sum1 smart that blinds at right times,vanishes deathcoils,pyros stuff like that...also when to stunlock and keep other players off there teamate...with a UA lock/rogue i manage to hit almost 2.3k rating with my rogue being able to do these things
