In a rather surprising move, most of the StarCraft roster of Deutschland’s Kranke Horde has signed on with Meet Your Makers.

The roster of DkH, which consists of mainly German players, has shown some solid results in various leagues and tournaments. In their many years of activity, they have helped transform many players from relative unknowns to well-known figures in the community.

One aspect of the team that has remained unchanged is their strong play in two versus two. They have managed to find the right mixture of players who have been able to work well together which has earned them countless victories.

Along with the German players, the team will also acquire the Polish World Cyber Games champion Grzegorz “Dreiven” Kordek. Unfortunately, one of DkH’s key player’s Sasha “GoOdy” Lupp has chosen to call his StarCraft career quits and will not move on with his team. You might remember his play in Seattle at the World Cyber Games grand finals where he was able to finish in the top eight.

Along with these new recruits, MYM has also made the decision to release two of their player’s: Yan “yAn” Nekrasov and Maciej “Raven” Polak.

Gregor “Archi” Werner, manager of MYM’s StarCraft team had this to say, “In the future we want to improve our activity in team leagues hence it was necessary to add a couple of new players to the team. Further we want to get a positive atmosphere and breathe new life into our a little bit ailing looking team. I am sure the new additions will be a big enrichtment for us. We will have a lot of fun together and we hope the community can take delight in us too."

Markus “MaX” Kemper, former manager of DkH and newest manager of MYM’s StarCraft team stated, “We had a great time with DkH., but during the last months we felt more and more that we need a change, a new motivation, and new challenge! And MYM is the perfect fit for us and a great new home! Together we will build up a strong team with the already excisting and the new players, that will fight for every title. We have ambitious goals and we’ll give everything to achieve these goals. But there is more than just winning titles. In addition, we will try to develop a strong team spirit in our team. So all in all, we are proud to become a part of the ‘MeetYourMakers‘! We are looking forward to a great time! Please keep cheering us, we need your support!"
