With all the problems with the tournament management system solved and the majority of the players in attendance Day 3 of QuakeCon 2007 has been simply amazing and nostalgic. Watching some of the former Quake 1, 2 or 3 stars playing the games that they once or are currently dominating is quite fascinating to watch. As the day started out, the matches all went according to seeds, but as competitors came to Round 3, matches started to get a bit more exciting as big names started to fall. DaHanG and PURRI have never played Quake 2 on LAN against eachother and many are considering this the QuakeCon 2005 Finals that should've been but never happened. Stay tuned.
