Day Of Defeat Source: Enervate welcomes Amplify Gaming

Enervate announces an addition to their team lineup.
Today Enervate Gaming is proud to announce a new addition to their quickly expanding organization in the form of a brand new Day of Defeat: Source team. The roster formerly played under the Amplify Gaming tags and has tons of potential in the new, but growing Day of Defeat: Source scene. With the recent addition of CAL-Invite to DoD:S the game is becoming the mainstream for most Day of Defeat players.

Curt "KeyHunt" Carter asked new roster memberClay "t00lb0x" Bailey what his opinion is on Day of Defeat: Source is now, especially with its current growth? Clay had the following to say: "I really think this game has huge potential. Day of Defeat 1.3 was decently large, so DoD:S didn't get as much attention as it should have. I also spoke with Cypher from coL/Visual and he has been around 1.3 forever and he believes it will at least get as big as DoD 1.3 was."

Curt also had the following to say about Enervate Gaming’s old DoD:S team: "Our older Day of Defeat: Source team is amazing, and I have the utmost respect for them. However, they had an opportunity to make their selves a bigger and better team, and Bennett and I wanted to see that happen. So they have merged with the Pandemic 1.3 team, and I wish them the best of luck."

With that said and no bad feelings left behind, Enervate Gaming looks forward to their future in DoD:S with their brand new roster.

Starting Lineup:

Jeff "cheM" Johnson
Clay "t00lb0x" Bailey
Josh "veNom" McDeivitte
Brian "engion3" English
Aaron "Blooky" Jones
Michael "SeaHorse" Bravo

Backup:

David "Jackelpdw" Dennis

We hope that you will wish us at Enervate and our new team the best of luck in upcoming tournaments and leagues. The first match for the new DoD:s team under Enervate Gaming will be against Internecion, for week 1 CAL-Invite. As always Enervate Gaming would like to thank their sponsors: SteelSeries, JetNet Hosting, and Make A Voice for their continued support of the organization.
