Larry: Let's see. Laggy Brazilians vs. a team with a horrible name. Should be fun. On FBG, who I believe is a recent move up, we have that guy, him, and the other one who should play bridge. Working plaza will be 2 other unpronouncables and some light. I think Andrew "w0k" Zeiser of HLG will be going plaza heavy, and you can be sure after learning for years from Russ, he will be dominated in a continuous fashion. It IS Anzio. But if his internet is bad again they may not even play the match at all. If they do play I can see the reptiles winning this one because of thrasher holding down whatever area he is in sniping, and lockdown carrying the rifle team. If the rest of them give enough support they could pull it off.

 

 

 

 

Larry: After ringing against the pumpfake crew, I was surprised at their rifle's excellent recoil control. The heavies recoil control was not so good though, as my unter of doom ripped through their defenses like a razor through a newborn baby. I expected unforgivable to do better this season and I don't think it's justified they are at the bottom of the...LOL I'm sorry I couldn't keep a straight e-face on that one. Who am I kidding they are not good at all. Pumpfake will dominate. On pumpfake I expect m0bstar to drop bombs, and truke to negative someone after he finally gets a kill while still going completely negative. I don't believe cypher plays for unforgivable but if he does he could hold one side of the map to himself EASILY.

 

 

Robert: Running off the fury of the forfeit loss to osK, lowcarb will be ready to go and ready to frag, but he’s facing a team made up of part supremacy players(America, truke), part invite css players(pinkmint, shad, scurvy), and part intentionally-not-running-CAL-acs players(m0b). Hard to say where this one is going, but truke will go 38-38 like he does in scrims, so although a big help yet a hindrance, I think the hard skill of pumpfake’s online all-stars will beat out unforgivable enough to get hold points and possibly caps.

 

Andrew: Pumpfake is a new team with a bunch of players from supremacy. America has usually been an OK rifle but personally I have never seen him snipe. Expect a nice battle at plaza with M0b and truke against lowcarb. Lowcarb will probably be raging/rapping about how gay osK is and how bad flat-out is. I have never heard of Shad or jbeatz so expect more dominance from the unforgivable rifle squad. At 0-3 I predict unforgivable

to get their first win from pumpfake.

 

 

 

 

Larry: Twisted has just been moved to main. I don't know how they did down under but I'm sure it was good or they wouldn't have been moved up. Or maybe they would've. Anyways, G4N has been around a long time and I've always liked them because they shut up and play. I don't think this match will be close at all. Till will be sniping and I'm sure he'll do well for a little over a minute. The bill and Derek of shotgun platoon will be a major factor in the massacre, each dominating their sides of the map. Oh and blzd on G4N will also destroy them. Yeah and so will B. It's going to be ugly for TD.

 

 

Robert: Well g4n lost mex and bromley hasn’t been doing too hawt when I’ve scrimmed with him recently, but hopefully the twins won’t be on oxy this match. Till is going back to his HMC roots and picking up the sniper while they are using canteen to fill his old 3^rd rifle spot temporarily. TD is a recently formed team that’s gotten moved up due to the slight skill advantage over open and they are very active, getting in 12mans and scrims left and right. I’m not sure who’s playing what for this team as it was very recently formed, but watch out for busphantom as he’ll be the biggest threat to g4n, however it won’t be near enough to stop the best looking g4n roster since seasons ago

 

 

Andrew: tD just picked up Dark Phantom and few other former main-level players, which got them bumped up into main. G4N just lost mex as their sniper and has now downgraded to Till. Till is probably still a better sniper then anyone tD will start. Shotgunbill and Shotgunderek are on G4N but they are both pretty washed up and are definitely not as good as they used to be back on ronin or dice or whatever. G4N is starting bromley, canteen and "b" who I have never heard of. I think the new pick ups for tD will lead them to victory in this historical match up.

 

 

 

 

Larry: DTH has a decent record to start off the season, 2-1. However both wins came over 2 of the worst teams in main. When they played Happy Lizard Gaming they did not fair so well, and this match on Anzio will be no different. In fact, it could be much, much worse. They do have a nice lineup of solid players, but Flatout, despite how everyone calls them bad, is a step up in every area of the map. Nugz and dekin will roll over G4N's bridge team, Justin will roll over G4N's plaza team, and Dustin will cry so much his tears will drown the other team. CaffeineAddict on sniper will definitely be a struggle for Flatout, but he won't have the backup he'll need to make a difference.

 

 

Robert: Although Flatout blew my last weeks prediction out of the water, they’re up against a totally different team here. The key imo to beating dth is getting Rastaman and platy raging, which they do quite frequently, which in turn distracts caff, so bearhawk strong and sh4rp are forced to take bridge and hold off the spawn waves so cigar can hold up plaza enough for them to get back in it. Don’t take my word for it yet, because once this dth team gets rolling, I see it being near impossible to stop them. However, Flatout has a trump card this week in st|ck, which should put a large dent in the bridge play of dth, giving flatout a much needed advantage, and dth an upsetting 2-2 record.

 

 

Andrew: I love both these teams and I believe it will be a very close match up. Everyone seems to think d3k1n and nugz are scrimstars but I for one do not think they cheat. Caff is a very good sniper and will probably beat d3k1n in the sniper battle, considering they both go the same route. The rifle match up between these two teams should be pretty intense. Nugz and St|ck versus Danny Strong and the French sensation Sh4rp. The rifles for dth have a slight edge in this match up. The heavies for flat-out are smart players and they shouldn't have much trouble against Rastaman and cigar, although cigar is pretty good. Pretty even match up all across the board but I think Flatout will come away with this one with some crazy ninja cap by the raging sensation Dustin. "HE'S RATING." "WOW INTERP." "WHY WOULD YOU LOOK THERE." <3 Eagles are poop. Phillies have no chance in the east.

 

 

 

 

Larry: Probably one of the most evenly matched games of the week, provided you have no idea what evenly matched means. Sw33t has a lot of solid players. Hoax has a decent roster but will have problems matching sweet in any class. They haven't even been able to keep a match close this season. Provided sweet brings 6 to the table, I see them winning this one by quite a few points. Reid and whacked will be the major players for sweet as they advance to hoax's spawn time and time again, unleashing a fury this game has never seen.

 

 

Robert: Sweet has been e-fighting this week, so this will affect them greatly either positively or negatively. I think the former, in Reid is pretty mad at the justice serving Joel Williams who “doesn’t even play this game anymore.” Look for him to drop bombz with the kar and pumpkin on 3^rd covering ground lost not playing for quite some time as hoax seeks out their first win, which they won’t get, but they might keep it close, something else they have yet to do this season

 

 

Andrew: Stalinfrag the 12man master will dominate the heavies for hoAx. Royemo is a solid sniper and will poop on whoever the sniper is for hoAx. Jbrown, Reid and pumpkin will probably poop on the rifles for hoAx. All in all I think hoAx will get pooped on.

 

 

 

 

Larry: No matter what happens, one of these teams will lose.

 

 

Robert: spurred by the imprisonment of the loveable Paul “Gorilla” Coon, the General Infantry players will be looking to take on osK, and from their records, this should be a close match, as both teams have lost to penos, beaten considerably more under skilled teams, and received one ff win. From what I’ve been hearing, putting russ in the server is enough to win the match, so as long as he can contain osK’s euro powered rifles, gi should have no trouble winning this match.

 

 

Andrew: I would call this match the match of the week. Both of these teams are on the upper tier of main and will probably enter the playoffs with a top 4 seed. The rifle team for osk is very solid and very euro with turtz and una, but they will have some trouble against Tony Compton and Slaughter. Turtz basically doesn't stop moving when he shoots his garand so I think he will have a dominating performance. The GI heavy team should win because sik is better than chicagolegend and the other euro guy combined. Now if bAc was playing the heavy match up might be more interesting but I expect the GI heavies to dominate plaza.

This one wouldn't be very exciting anyways. With 3 idlers in their channel, remix seems to have given up. I can't complain, personally. We got our win out of them and I don't have to write a huge boring prediction about how substandard would destroy them.

 

 

Robert: to correct larry, remix is definitely looking forward to this match, with the addition of the joey “1,2,3,4,5,6,7 best player in invite” harter, and air-hitman, these two rifles along with cr1ck on 3^rd look to carry remix past the 4-player corner stacking strategy of substandard. However, there’s only so much you can do at bridge until plaza bites you in the ass, so unless seven or hitman goes plaza, substandard’s heavies will roll up long ramp and through meat, never allowing remix enough hold points or any caps at all in the match.

 

 

Andrew: Rampage is supposedly paying seveN and hitman to win a CALmain championship for him. This is pretty Super|Dave-ish, if you will. SeveN and hitman will probably run around the map just getting frags. Crick should do poorly for the sole fact that he supports Man United. Substandard's heavy team will end up dominating the heavy team of ReMiX. I played in a 12man against Mark?! the other day and he wasn't a very smart player, granted it was on Lennon and granted it was a pug. Substandard has being playing for a few seasons now as a team and Rampage is just bribing players to come frag for his team. In my experience playing this game, teamwork and smart play usually beats fragwhores. If ReMiX can play like a team I expect a win for them, but I highly doubt the occurrence of such situation.

 

 

 

 

Larry: Battle at the bottom of the barrel. Skull has one loss, TA has 3. I think this gives TA more experience as far as learning how not to get rolled. I hear Mensen cheats, is good, and is bad. One of those 3 things is true, possibly 2, meaning he could carry, be inconsistent or be banned. Skull has a few players I recognize such as forzaz and grimace. If it's the same [IAM]grimace, then he won't be a problem for TA. Together with throwdown they could make plaza interesting though, and will probably outlast bridge. But overall TA's rifles and Gooch on sniper will be too much for skull to gain any ground. TA gets it first win here.

 

 

Robert: I’m sorry to say this might be one of the few chances skull has of getting a win in main, and I’m not sure if they’ll be able to do it. Chris will have to be spot on to defend against Mensen, and forzaz has to back him up as well as contain gooch, or skull has no chance. Plaza is going to be a hilarious thing to watch, if you remember chronic’s super amazing performance in the dpk match last cal-o season, skull should be able to beat them by just setting up casual prone crossfire and capping and moving on. Please win guys.

 

 

Andrew: Arguably the two worst teams in main are going at it on anzio this week. I would've said Twisted Dimensions but c'mon they have stile! :] Not much to say about these guys except for the fact that skull is a bunch of washed up players who never all that good, but they do have THROWDOWN who was on the infamously online team known as iCON. TA has a good heavy team, considering they made stile go negative last week LoL, and Mensen is a very capable rifle, in the context of this match.

 

 

 

 

Larry: Penos has been having roster issues lately, and its hard to say who their starting 6 will be. If mayo starts they could be in trouble, even against bottom-dwelling nihilist. If he sits back and lets the rest of the team, like Bobson and ianmang, do the bulk of the fragging, he should be able to cap a few flags and maybe even scavenge a few nade kills. NihilisT is not having a good season, and it doesn't look any better for them against the team everyone thinks will at least make finals in main. I haven't seen bewton practicing with them, and I'm not sure why, he's still on their roster. He'd make an excellent replacement for mayo. they also added Polak to their roster who is my favourite rifle of all time. No matter who plays for penos, NihilisT won't get out of spawn very often.

 

 

Robert: Main’s best team looks to improve to 4-0 against a ridiculously outclassed NihilisT, but perhaps in the wrong areas. The Penos roster has way more excellent rifles then they need, so bewton will be heavying, but to his dismay will probably be ep0xy proned everywhere he doesn’t expect, and of course scream who’s unter has better registration online then mine did on lan. Sexualmayo makes his return match rifling with Polak, and Joel Edmunds will be sniping. Mid-preds I’m getting word that penos is dead, so WTF.

 

 

Andrew: Penos has 14 people on their roster. Which is a very good thing considering that their starting rifle, dilliard, will probably disappear in the next couple of days. Nihilist has been declining for a while now but they still have ScreaM. Penos just picked up Polak who has been on plenty of good teams and they also have JoelEdmunds. Pibian will get dominated by blake in the sniper match up and the rifles of penos will probably each have 30+ frags. Zoltan will lag everywhere but still manage to top frag and penos will come away with this one big. Troy Perkins is a huge cunt. <|:D funnyhat.
