Ok, I just got home to houston (ticket going 88 in a 70 on I10, sweeet), and now to settle in and to sit down and think about this, I havent talked to rastaman since we left living together and I know he was never to into going, with the current situation of this lan, its not what we signed up for, I was going to kick it with xmvc and that seems to have failed, with this I havet played dod in 2 weeks and probably wont again as my desktop got messed up in the car. So after talking to Lockdown who doesnt really have the heart to go anymore, Im not going to waste the time and money(Got Accepted in UT Austin gotta go apt. looking next week) to go to something that I think wont be that fun for how much effort. Im truely sorry to Caff which was the only reason after 4 roster changes and pretty much everyone dropping from the car ride(BNP, danny, robert, loki), that I even wanted to go to this lan. And I'm sorry to whoever else this might effect, but in the interest of money and time, the decision to go to this lan is pretty much pointless.
Im greatly appreciative of the help, but at this point its too late to put together a trip to KY and even want to put the trip together, knowing avatar probably woulda dropped out of the ride and showtime came around too late. So wileh and nick just save your money use it on beer for everyone at the lan, it will be better then getting us there.
Im going to enjoy the start of my summer with my friends and not struggle to go to a LAN which is not the same LAN as of 4 months ago.

Also lets remember that Matt Rogers has been in this community alot longer then taygay, and has attend more lans as well as wsvg 2006, so I trust him with setting up a lan way more.
Lets do this Early Summer(Late May, Early June) instead of PA Lan, and not to dog the supporters of PA Lan but this is in a more centralized location and will turn a better crowd.

whereever you had this last it was going to happen this way, wsvg went from 32 teams to 22 and 6 of those were made at the end, its just how its going to be, KY is a better area still i won't take that back but like i said not worth it with this much failure in the end run

Id rather it have been in PA, that way we would have seen the same people we saw at w2z/x3os. Atleast we would see some consistancy, rather than trying a new location and seeing what? 2 west coast teams come?

I don't see why everyone is so shocked. Myself and some others already told everyone in that other thread that Ryan wasn't going, and we even listed the reasons without even having to talk to him.
dean, no joke, this gangsta white kid sat next to me in my ecology class...and he was cool and didnt say many things in gangstaslang but he said 'murduh' yesterday.
KY lan isnt a failure, this happens in every lan, every game, poeple say they are going to go without meaning it. CPL had like 48 teams going and it ended up being 34, wsvg had 30 something, it ended up being 22, we had 17 going, and it looks like its going to end up between 14-15 teams which is, in my opinion, above average signup:dodge ratio.
