If you don't want to use it on 500Hz, remove the mousefix and -noforcemspd from your launch options. Why use a fix that is used to remove positive accel if you have negative accel. And the -noforcemspd makes the mouse movement terrible, that's why barely no one uses it.
Anyway, the cpl mousefix is not perfect, there are better acceleration fixes available, such as the anir's accelfix. But still, I don't recommend any kind of accelfix, the original works the best, just make sure you have the EPP turned off and you are using -noforcemparms and -noforcemaccel.

enhanced pointer thing is UNticked
if i swipe my mouse slowly i do like 360
do it fast and i do about 110
if you want to remove it, overclock it to 500hz. otherwise it'll always be there

annoys me really because i have to use a high sens to stay consistant. the higher the sens i use the less i feel the neg accel.
