lets put it this way, if you tell her there isn't anything to lose really because if she says yes your happy but if she says no well sh11t happens but if you dont tell her then you will never know at all unless she says something and odds are she wont. so do something rather then nothing, right?
if you talk to her almost every day, ask for a phone number or like #8 said her aim so you can have some way to contact her outside of school. if you can't do that then you probably won't be able to ask her out. or you could make this very simple and not ask her out and just forget about it completely.
