[b]My Frames Per Second (FPS)/Hz are locked at 60, can you help me?[/b]
Your FPS is locked at 60 because of two things.

1) You have something called Vertical Sync (Vsync) enabled, what this does is it locks your FPS to your monitor refresh rate.

2) Being that Vsync is enabled and you cap at 60 FPS, this means that your monitor Hz is set to 60Hz (which is usually default).

[u]How can I solve this in the best way?[/u]

1) Go into your monitor options (right click your desktop and go to properties -> settings -> advanced -> Monitor) and where it says "Screen refresh rate" set it as high as it can safely go. You will know how high it can safely go by keeping the "Hide modes that this monitor cannot display" box CHECKED. From the drop down list select the highest Hertz number (mine is 85). Now apply changes.

2) There is a problem with windows XP and monitor Hz resetting to 60 when launching Open GL applications. While there are multiple ways to fix this, the best (see: broadest) way to solve this problem for ALL OpenGL applications is by downloading a refresh lock program such as ReForce. 3) Now that you have done all of this, go into your video card options and set vsync to "always off" or "off". The exact location of such variable depends from card to card.

[b]My game crashes when I create my own server, what is wrong?[/b]
Your game may be crashing because you installed bots improperly.

Be sure to read the bot "readme" in the future. What you did is tried to install bots without first ensuring you created a server at least once before hand. Do the following to resolve your issue.

1) Uninstall your bots (or delete all bot files, including liblist.gam)
2) Create a server at least once (this will create a required mp.dll for your bots to run)
3) Install your bots
4) Start your server.

Now, your bots should be working as well as your server. This may not be your problem, but I'd say about 90% of cases like this are due to bots.
